Portrait of Madame X Redux

For my Introduction to Drawing class we were asked to recreate a famous piece of art but to customize it with our own creative decisions. I decided to recreate Portrait of Madame X by John Singer Sargent with a black woman instead. It's my goal to display greater representation in art and media.
